Contact us
One working day for a considered reply, not an automated one. This page says exactly what happens after you send a message, and what to include so the first answer is useful.
Our response commitment, as a number
Every enquiry gets a written reply from a person within one working day, Cambodian time (GMT+7). Not an acknowledgement, a reply: a suggested route, a price per person, and at least one thing we would change about your plan.
If your question is complicated enough that a proper answer takes longer, you will get a message within that day telling you when the full reply is coming. We would rather say 'Thursday' than send you something thin on Tuesday.
Every confirmed booking comes with a 24-hour Cambodian phone number, answered by a person who can authorise spending. It is not a call centre and it is not a chatbot.
Where we are
Siem Reap, Cambodia
08:00 - 18:00, Mon - Sat (GMT+7)
Office hours are Cambodian business hours, Monday to Saturday. Cambodia is GMT+7, which is 6 hours ahead of London in winter and 5 in summer, 11 to 12 hours ahead of the US East Coast, and 3 hours behind Sydney. If you send a message in the European evening it will be answered while you sleep.
How to reach us
Email is the best channel for anything involving dates, prices or an itinerary, because you end up with a written record you can compare against other quotes. Messaging apps are better for quick questions and for anything urgent once you are in the country.
What to put in a first message
Four lines is plenty, and these four make the difference between a useful first reply and three rounds of clarification.
- The month, or the exact dates if you have them. This alone changes the itinerary more than anything else.
- How many of you, and the ages if anyone is under twelve or over seventy-five.
- How many nights you can give Cambodia, and whether that is fixed.
- One thing you refuse to miss, and one thing you are worried about. The worry is the more useful of the two.
You do not need to have chosen an itinerary from this site. Most people send us a shape rather than a product, and about half of what we run is built from scratch.
What happens after you send it
- Within one working day: a written reply with a route, a per-person price, the hotels named, and our honest view of your dates.
- You push back. Most itineraries change twice, and neither round costs anything.
- When the plan is right, we send a booking confirmation and an invoice for a 25 percent deposit.
- 21 days before arrival, the balance. Then final documents: a day-by-day file, your guide's name and number, and the 24-hour line.
- Two weeks before you fly, a short message confirming pick-up times and anything that has changed, including flight schedule shifts we have spotted before you did.
The commercial detail behind those steps is on how to book and booking terms.
Things we are happy to answer even if you never book
- Whether your month works for the route you have in mind, and what to move if it does not.
- Whether a quote you have received from another operator is reasonable. We will tell you when it is, and that happens often.
- Which of the two airports to fly into given your route, and whether an open-jaw ticket saves you a day.
- Whether a place you have seen on social media is worth the drive. Sometimes the answer is no and it saves you a day of your holiday.
We answer these because people who get a straight answer come back, and because a morning spent talking someone out of a bad plan is a better use of our time than a booking that goes wrong in month three.
Questions travellers ask most
How quickly will you reply?
Within one working day, Cambodian time, with a real answer rather than an acknowledgement. If a proper reply needs longer, we will tell you that day when it is coming.
Can I speak to someone on the phone before booking?
Yes. Send a message with two or three time windows in your own time zone and we will call you. We do not run an outbound sales operation, so the call happens when you ask for it and not before.
Do you have an office I can visit?
Yes, in Siem Reap, during Cambodian business hours Monday to Saturday. Message us first so the person who has been handling your trip is actually there when you arrive.
What if something goes wrong while I am in Cambodia?
Call the 24-hour number in your final documents. It reaches a person in Cambodia who can authorise spending and change arrangements immediately, at any hour.

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
